On the first 3 Mondays of every month at the Gypsy Coffee House Tulsa's Indie Auteur: Lisandro Boccacci holds an hour of screening a collection of short films. On the occasion screening locally made feature films.

It's all free and it's all brought to you by Lisandro Boccacci and the Indie Showcase. 

 

The short films shown are pull from a collection of 24 short films that have been collected in the last 6 months.  We also sometimes screen feature films. We have a total of 8 locally made feature that we are allowed to screen. 

 

Who is Lisandro Boccacci ? He is someone who has lived in Tulsa, Oklahoma for over 30 years. He was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina but his parents migrated to Miami, Florida and later in the 3rd grad to Tulsa. 

 

He's been here ever since, obtain his associates at TCC and his bachelor's at University of Tulsa all geared toward the arts, theater, filmmaking, and entrepreneurship. 

 

He has now worked on many studio films and many independent films. One of the struggles Lisandro faced as a local filmmaker was having very few connections and opportunities to recourses and training that would support him as a filmmaker.  

 

Being mostly self-taught, Lisandro spent a lot of time reading books on filmmaking, playwriting, novel writing, screenwriting, directing, cinematography acting and a lot of fiction to spark creativity as well as performing in play and building stages. 

 

He has also accumulated over 100 credits on IMDB.com and has personally written, produced, directed, 17 zero budget feature films. winning 13 awards. 

 

Currently Lisandro works as a ghost writer/ script doctor for several clients who need a polishing, restructuring, formatting, on their script, produce a script, or consulting.

 

He is currently represented by Linda Layman Agency for acting in commercial and feature films and working on several projects including the creation of several short vignettes.
